Shipping of different types of products are handled in different ways, the following is a guideline only
VIP Membership
Your VIP membership will be activated on the site within 12 hours, however normally only takes an hour or so. The VIP packs are posted as soon as possible, but due to the elements in the packs being supplied from various places please allow 7-10 days for these to be shipped.
Clothing
All clothing ranges are sent direct from the manufacturer, so once we've ordered these products for you processing and shipping times will vary and are out of our hands, we will obviously get in touch with the suppliers to hurry things along if they are taking their time getting items to you.
Tickets
Please keep an eye on the threads associated with event tickets for updates. Most tickets are sent in bulk to the club admin, at this point we will get in touch with members who have purchased the tickets and give them the option of receiving the tickets by post or collecting the tickets on arrival at the event.
Returns
All sales are final, unless we have sent the wrong item or the item you receive is defective we can not accept returns.

This store is ran by the UKHCC Club Admin in their spare time, shipping may take longer than you would expect from a normal company.
